⚖️ The role
You’ll handle complex medical malpractice defense matters with meaningful autonomy:
Manage your own caseload from
inception to resolution
Lead
depositions, hearings, and court appearances
Work directly with
healthcare clients (hospitals, physicians, insurers)
Collaborate with experienced partners on
high-value litigation strategy
Develop toward
trial responsibility
✅ What they’re looking for
2–5+ years’ litigation experience
Medical malpractice defense experience
Strong deposition + discovery experience
Ability to
review and interpret medical records
Trial exposure (or clear trajectory toward it)
Admitted in
New Hampshire
(or ability to waive in)
Stable background + strong communication skills

Plaintiff-side med mal backgrounds won’t be considered
