A nationally recognised litigation firm is growing its Atlanta office and looking for an associate who wants
real responsibility in general liability and transportation cases;
including depositions, hearings, and trial involvement early.
This role is ideal for associates who want
hands-on litigation experience and strong mentorship while working on high-exposure defense matters for major corporate clients.
The Platform
Part of a
national litigation firm
with a strong reputation in defense work, representing
major corporates and insurers across the U.S.
The Atlanta team handles
general liability and transportation matters , with a consistent flow of
high-exposure cases that regularly progress toward trial .
What you’ll actually do
Draft and argue
motions, pleadings, and dispositive briefs
Take and defend
depositions
Manage
discovery strategy and case development
Attend
hearings and court appearances
Support (and work toward leading)
trial preparation and trial work
Who this suits
2–5 years’ litigation experience
(defense or civil)
Admitted to the Georgia Bar (required)
Experience in
insurance defense, general liability, or civil litigation
Comfortable taking
ownership of files and progressing cases
Strong drafting skills with the ability to
operate in a fast-paced litigation team
Admitted to practice in Georgia required)
You’ll stand out if you have:
Deposition experience (taking or defending)
Exposure to
transportation / trucking litigation
Any
trial or courtroom experience
