Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Nevada, seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role will manage a full litigation caseload from filing through trial. The firm handles a variety of matters including motor vehicle accidents, sexual harassment, and premises liability. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients.

Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution, including trial preparation

Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery-related motions

Take and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, and experts)

Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and trials

Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations

Evaluate cases and provide strategic recommendations

Qualifications

Active and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar

2+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury preferred)

Experience handling cases through the full litigation lifecycle (not solely pre-litigation)

Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills

Ability to manage a full caseload independently

Trial experience is a plus
