Law & Motion Attorney – Personal Injury Location: Fully Remote (California)

Position Overview The Law & Motion Attorney will play a key role in supporting the litigation team by drafting and arguing motions, conducting legal research, and helping shape case strategy. This role is ideal for an attorney who excels in legal writing and motion practice and prefers a litigation-focused position without managing a full caseload.
Responsibilities Draft and argue motions including motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, demurrers, and other dispositive motions
Conduct complex legal research and prepare legal memoranda
Draft oppositions, replies, and other motion-related pleadings
Assist trial attorneys with legal strategy and case development
Review pleadings and discovery responses for legal sufficiency
Support trial preparation through research, briefing, and motion practice
Stay current with developments in California case law and procedural rules
Qualifications Active license and good standing with the California State Bar
2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation
Strong experience with law and motion practice in California courts
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between [$180,000 – $220,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
