Business Development Manager (Power Quality Solutions)

We specialize in advanced technologies such as Active Harmonic Filters (AHF), Static Var Generators (SVG), and Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR/AVC), delivering innovative solutions that improve energy efficiency and grid stability worldwide.

We are expanding our presence in the United States and seeking a motivated Sales Manager with strong industry expertise to drive business development and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage effective sales channels across the U.S.

Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities.

Establish and grow partnerships with utilities, consultants, EPCs, and system integrators.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Actively develop new customer accounts and establish long-term partnerships.

Provide high-quality customer engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Gather first‑hand market intelligence and customer feedback.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and differentiate Sinexcel’s solutions.

Identify and seize new business opportunities in the U.S. power quality market.

Technical & Solution Support

Leverage technical knowledge to address basic customer technical questions.

Collaborate with internal engineering teams for advanced technical support.

Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations as needed.

Work cross‑functionally with global teams to align strategies and deliver results.

Demonstrate strong self‑management, high execution, and target‑driven performance.

Utilize all available resources effectively to ensure successful project implementation.

Qualifications

Have network with utilities, consultants, or industrial customers in the U.S. (preferred).

Technical aptitude to handle customer inquiries and provide solution‑oriented support.

Solid market research and analysis skills; ability to identify trends and opportunities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of independent work.
