About the Role

The

Field Marketing & Communications Manager

plays a critical role in bridging Headquarters and the field, ensuring our Consultants, Team Leaders, and Branch Managers are equipped with the tools, content, and communications needed to grow their businesses.

This role is

equal parts strategist and executor —responsible for developing impactful marketing programs, delivering clear and consistent communications, and creating high-quality content that supports sales performance across all levels of the field. You will be a key driver in enabling a best-in-class field experience, helping translate company priorities into actionable, easy-to-use resources that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Field Communications & Weekly Programming
Own the development and execution of all field-facing communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
Create and deliver weekly presentation decks and content for field meetings, equipping leaders with messaging that is easy to understand and activate.
Support the planning and execution of larger monthly calls, national meetings, and leadership presentations.
Act as the primary liaison between HQ and the field, ensuring timely and effective communication flow in both directions.

Sales Support & Enablement
Partner closely with Sales Leadership to identify gaps and opportunities, delivering tools and resources that directly support sales growth.
Develop business-building tools for Branch Managers, Consultants and Team Leaders, including guides, playbooks, promotional assets, and training materials.
Ensure all materials are practical, actionable, and tailored to a direct sales environment.
Continuously gather feedback from the field to refine tools and improve usability and effectiveness.

Incentive Programs & Promotions
Design and manage sales and recruitment incentive programs that drive performance and engagement across the field.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align incentives with broader business goals and promotional calendars.
Develop clear communication plans and supporting materials to ensure programs are well understood and executed.
Track performance and participation, optimizing programs based on results and feedback.

Content Creation & Asset Development
Create compelling, on-brand marketing materials including presentations, sales tools, brochures, email communications, and digital assets.
Translate complex ideas into simple, visually engaging content that resonates with a diverse field audience.
Ensure all content reinforces brand standards while remaining highly practical for real-world use by Consultants & Team Leaders.
Support product launches, promotions, and campaigns with cohesive and effective content packages.
Ensure all marketing materials are easily accessible to the field through the My Thermomix App, with ongoing management and support of the in-app Marketing Toolkit.

Field Events & Activation
Provide guidance, frameworks, and marketing toolkits to support local events hosted by Branch Manager, Team Leaders and/or Consultants.
Ensure consistent brand representation and high-quality execution across all events.
Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize event impact and ROI.
Support Branch Managers with various brand awareness activations and events

Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, including incentives, events, and communications.
Leverage data and field feedback to continuously improve strategies and execution.
Track key performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
Recommend and implement data-driven optimizations to increase engagement and sales impact.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in field marketing, communications, or sales enablement—preferably within a direct sales or network marketing environment.
Proven ability to create high-impact presentations and marketing content.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong bias for execution and follow-through.
