Senior ERP Business Analyst – Manufacturing | DMSi Agility
Insight Global’s client is seeking a
Senior ERP Business Analyst
to drive stabilization, optimization, and long-term scalability of their ERP system ( DMSi Agility ) across manufacturing, sales, inventory, and operations.
This is a
hands-on, execution-first role
where you’ll lead ERP improvements, influence cross-functional teams, and own solutions end-to-end—without direct authority. The immediate priority is correcting and standardizing
Bills of Materials (BOMs)
and core production data, with a clear mandate to resolve major ERP issues within the first 12 months.
What You’ll Do
Lead ERP enhancements across manufacturing and order-to-cash workflows
Own ERP configuration: BOMs, routings, item master data, and work order codes
Redesign, document, and standardize processes; create SOPs
Act as ERP SME and primary problem-solver for operational issues
Lead testing, validation, and user acceptance for system updates
Partner with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to drive alignment
Develop training materials and support user adoption
Independently manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Required Experience
5–7+ years supporting and configuring ERP systems in manufacturing
Proven leadership on ERP projects or major process improvements
Strong hands-on experience with BOMs and production master data
Ability to influence in a matrixed organization
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with
DMSi Agility
Nice to Have
Manufacturing or distribution background (building materials a plus)
Execution-focused ERP leader with end-to-end ownership mindset
First 30–90 Days
Build trust with functional leaders
Spend time on the production floor
Stabilize BOMs and critical ERP processes
Deliver measurable improvements in data integrity
