Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, reliable network solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve client network issues
Create proposals including BOMs, estimates, and SOWs
Deliver post-implementation documentation
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support and implement post-sales networking projects
Install and configure network hardware (routers, switches, etc.)
Perform system upgrades on client equipment
Align solutions with industry trends and client goals
Assess, audit, and document client environments
Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients
Maintain and grow relevant technical certifications
Skills/Must have
3–5+ years of enterprise LAN/WAN experience
Hands‑on with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper networking (LAN, WAN, switching, routing)
Experience with BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP protocols
Skilled in data centre, wireless, VPN, QoS, and MPLS
Proficient with IOS, IOS‑XE, and NX‑OS
Experience with routers, Catalyst/Nexus switches, and firewalls
Knowledge of SD‑WAN and next‑gen firewall solutions
Design and explain network architectures and solutions
Strong problem‑solving and innovative thinking skills
Excellent documentation and presentation abilities
Strong communication and client‑facing experience
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCDP or equivalent)
Maintain and update technical certifications
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
