Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Product Manager
to drive the evolution of our e-commerce platform. In this role, you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from initial ideation and user research to launch and post-launch optimization. You will be a key driver of our digital strategy, specifically focusing on enhancing the
Cart, Checkout, and Payments
experience to reduce friction and maximize conversion.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a blend of analytical rigor, technical fluency, and a customer-first mindset. You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and finance to build scalable solutions that grow business opportunities and provide a world-class user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership: Manage day-to-day PM tasks including writing detailed requirements (PRDs), overseeing design and development implementation, and communicating program status to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead initiatives across design, engineering, product marketing, and customer service to bring complex features to life.
UX/UI Collaboration: Partner with UX designers during research, prototyping, and wireframing. Provide clarity on requirements and evaluate upstream/downstream impacts on the end-to-end user journey.
Development & QA: Work closely with developers during implementation and lead QA efforts to ensure functionality aligns perfectly with specifications.
Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and run A/B tests aimed at optimizing conversion funnels and top-line KPIs.
Strategic Vision: Research industry trends and customer feedback to pitch new opportunities that align with the long-term product vision.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated E-commerce Product Management experience. Specific expertise in Cart/Checkout workflows and Payment systems is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
User Centricity: An intuitive understanding of user motivations and a passion for solving customer pain points.
Agility: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple high-priority projects independently.
Technical Skills & Preferred Extras
Process: Deep knowledge of PM best practices and A/B testing methodologies.
Tools: Proficiency in Jira/Confluence. Experience with InVision and Tableau is a significant plus.
Domain Knowledge: An interest in or experience with fintech, payment processing, or reverse logistics is highly valued.
