Associate Director, Government Contracts
This role leads federal contracting, government pricing, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated environment. It supports key government programs, pricing strategy, and cross-functional coordination, while serving as a primary liaison with federal agencies.
The position is highly visible and business-critical, requiring a strong subject matter expert who can navigate complex regulations, provide real-time analysis, and partner across finance, legal, compliance, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage federal contracts, including pricing, compliance, reporting, and contract lifecycle activities
• Act as primary contact for government agencies, supporting submissions, agreements, and negotiations
• Lead cross-functional coordination for certifications, regulatory requirements, and compliance initiatives
• Support planning and execution of new regulatory programs and pricing impacts
• Oversee government pricing calculations, reporting, and ongoing compliance across required metrics
• Maintain systems and data integrity, ensuring audit readiness and accurate financial reporting
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise the business on impact and required actions
• Partner with finance and commercial teams on contract strategy and gross-to-net implications
Qualifications
• 8–10+ years of experience in government contracting and pricing within a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of federal programs, pricing methodologies, and compliance requirements
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage complex data, systems, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership
