Senior Project Manager - Change Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Project Manager to drive initiatives that support business transformation and operational excellence. This role leads cross?functional projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring effective planning, execution, communication, and delivery.
Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution
Lead end?to?end project lifecycle activities—planning, scoping, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Build project plans, define scope, assign tasks, manage timelines, and maintain critical paths.
Prioritize deliverables, coordinate resources, and ensure alignment to business objectives.
Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure solutions are thoroughly tested before deployment.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, escalate issues with recommended solutions, and ensure on?time, on?budget delivery.
Change Management & Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison among business users, subject matter experts, technology teams, and vendors.
Facilitate meetings, prepare materials, and drive clear communication among stakeholders.
Partner closely with internal change management leadership to support process improvements and project governance.
Documentation & Reporting
Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and change requests.
Track defects, coordinate with developers on resolutions, and maintain auditable project files.
Prepare rollout plans, launch materials, and training support as needed.
Analysis
Identify business issues, gather requirements, and collaborate with technology partners on solution design.
Support analysis activities, estimate timelines, and recommend improvements to workflows or system processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of project management experience
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem?solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment
Experience with project management methodologies and best practices
Results?oriented mindset with strong follow?through
Private wealth or investment management industry experience strongly preferred
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
