We are actively hiring Home Health Aides to fill multiple ongoing shifts in Fort Myers | North Fort Myers | Lehigh Acres. These cases are ideal for caregivers who want part-time, consistent work to supplement a full-time job or full-time hours with stable schedules. In-home care assignments close to where you live.

This is not on-call work and not a revolving-door agency model. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide non-medical, in-home care to clients in private residences throughout Lee County. We focus on long-term, well-matched placements so you can build relationships, not burnout.

We believe great care starts with supported caregivers. Scheduling options include part-time or full-time, morning, afternoon, evening, or set weekly shifts, ongoing cases (not one-off coverage). We schedule around your life, not the other way around.

Pay and compensation includes $15.00 $16.50 per hour (based on credentials, experience, and completed training), travel time reimbursement when traveling between client shifts, mileage reimbursement for errands and tasks completed with clients. We are transparent, fair, and timely with compensation.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), light housekeeping and meal preparation, errands and transportation as needed, companionship and emotional support, and following individualized care plans with professionalism and respect.

Qualifications include an active Home Health Aide (HHA) credential, reliable transportation and valid driver's license, dependable, compassionate, and professional, and the ability to work independently in clients' homes.
