This is not on-call work and not a revolving-door agency model. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide non-medical, in-home care to clients in private residences throughout Lee County. We focus on long-term, well-matched placementsso you can build relationships, not burnout.

Part-time or full-time
Morning, afternoon, evening, or set weekly shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Errands and transportation as needed
Companionship and emotional support
Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and respect
QUALIFICATIONS
Active Home Health Aide (HHA) credential
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Ability to work independently in clients' homes
