Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for keys, cashier till, and securing products in the gift shop at-all-times.
  • Greet and help all customers friendly and help with prices and information on products.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and honest.
  • Must be able to work alternate times during peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
  • Conflict resolution skills with disputes of customers and vendors.
  • Keeping the store clean, neat, and well-stocked at-all-times.
  • Assist in the inventory of merchandise being ongoing and at the end of each month.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of where gift shop merchandise is stored and assist in retrieving for customers.
  • Restock items.
  • Organize merchandise in and on displays.
  • Operates point-of-sale for all transactions.
  • Check proper identification for purchases of cigarettes.
  • Watch for shoplifters, call Security if necessary.
  • Scan in items received from vendors and check with order for correct items and numbers.
  • Apply discounts for customers and employees.
  • Must abide by the Company Employee Handbook, policies, and procedures.
  • Must attend mandatory training and / or meetings.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Must be 18 at time of hire.
  • Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
  • Must have a valid Wyoming Driver's License
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
