Production Supervisor (PM Shift)
Schedule: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (may be subject to change based on operational needs)
Location: Ewing, NJ

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations within our cannabis production facility. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing trimming, packaging, and processing while ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead a team, drive performance, and maintain consistent production standards in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Supervise daily production operations (trim, packaging, processing)
  


• Lead, coach, and develop team members
  


• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  


• Maintain quality control and product consistency
  


• Manage workflow, scheduling, and production priorities
  


• Track production data and maintain accurate records
  


• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of supervisory experience (cannabis or production environment preferred)
  


• Strong leadership and team management skills
  


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
  


• Strong communication skills and work ethic
