We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to work with customers to design, implement, and scale AI/ML solutions on AWS. The role includes:



  • Architect complex, scalable, secure AI/ML solutions and select/fine‑tune models.

  • Develop, deploy, and experiment with machine learning models and generative AI applications.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high‑value use cases and propose effective implementation strategies.

  • Provide technical guidance on responsible, cost‑efficient AI and troubleshoot throughout project delivery.

  • Act as trusted advisor on AI/ML advancements and emerging technologies.

  • Share knowledge via mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.


Key Responsibilities



  • Designing and implementing complex, scalable, secure AI/ML solutions on AWS.

  • Developing and deploying machine learning models and generative AI applications; conducting experiments and optimizing performance at scale.

  • Collaborating with customer stakeholders to identify use cases, gather requirements, and propose strategies.

  • Providing technical guidance on responsible and cost‑efficient AI and ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on AI/ML advancements and leveraging diverse data sources.

  • Mentoring, training, and creating reusable AI/ML artifacts.


Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in STEM.

  • Experience in professional software engineering standards, architecture, code reviews, source control, continuous deployment, testing, and operational excellence.

  • 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling, data analysis tools, and techniques.

  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Master's degree in STEM.

  • Experience working on multi‑team, cross‑disciplinary projects.

  • Experience applying quantitative analysis to solve business problems and make data‑driven decisions.

  • Experience defining and creating benchmarks for assessing GenAI model performance.
