Core Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary students on your caseload Conduct assessments and evaluations, interpreting results and formulating IEP goals Write and update individualized goals reflecting students’ unique needs Actively participate in ARD meetings, collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families Provide supervision and guidance to SLPAs, ensuring high standards of practice Engage in progress monitoring and timely documentation Maintain compliance with state, federal, and school policies
