We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis and reporting across our business. The role will focus on building and maintaining financial models, preparing forecasts and budgets, analyzing financial statements, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, comfortable with complex financial modeling, and experienced in standard finance functions such as budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and performance reports, highlighting key drivers and variances.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working with cross-functional teams to consolidate inputs and deliver accurate projections.Perform variance analysis and provide insightful commentary to business partners and senior management.Create and automate financial reports and dashboards using Excel and visualization tools as available (Power BI, Tableau).Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to evaluate initiatives, investment opportunities and operational performance.Support FP&A activities including long-range planning, rolling forecasts and KPI development.Assist with financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial
with real estate and operations teams on asset-level financial performance for Storage, Industrial, Commercial, Office and Retail portfolios when applicable.Help maintain and improve financial systems and processes, and support integrations with tools such as Workday, SQL-based sources and BI platforms. QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.1+ year of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, and/or private equity with demonstrated modeling experience (will consider internship experience too).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and creating PowerPoint presentations Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and financial reporting.Proven experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.Experience with financial analysis and FP&A processes; familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau, Power BI (Power BI) and SQL is a plus.Experience or interest in Real Estate finance and asset-level analysis (Storage, Industrial, Commercial, Office, Retail) is desirable.
