ETEX Energy Services, LLC is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and grow into key role managing bookkeeping and office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with bookkeeping experience, who wants a stable position with long-term grown and hands-on training. Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9am - 5pm (full time) WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage accounts payable & receivable Enter & pay bills, track due dates Maintain & update records in Quickbooks Support payroll processing Assist with insurance tracking & documentation Keep files & records organized WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Some experience with Quickbooks or bookkeeping (required) Basic understanding of AP/AR or willingness to learn quickly Strong attention to detail & organization Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership Experience in Oilfield & Construction is a plus.
