Responsibilities of Full-Charge Bookkeeper
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, and payroll
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and support month-end close and financial reporting
- Complete full-cycle payroll, journal entries, and maintain general ledger
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
- Strong excel and QuickBooks Online experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and best practices
