Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating finishes/furniture library
Test fit development for branch renovations
ew builds
Rendering various design options for presentations
Furniture evaluation and implementation for branches (design and cost)
Update and maintain design guidelines website
Developing design guideline documents for project managers to implement in the field
Providing design oversight and management related to layout requirements, finishes, and artwork
Maintaining design standards on all corporate and retail construction projects throughout PNC; researching and implementing new design and workplace products for the PNC footprint
Creating schematic designs in conjunction with line‑of‑business contacts
Providing continual updates of design guidelines, adapting current guidelines to new lines of business and creating opportunities for bulk purchases or buying agreements on products used consistently throughout the PNC footprint
Managing PNC’s corporate art program, including inventory, placement, and purchase of all art throughout the company
Qualifications & Skills
Experience using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Bluebeam
Budgeting, building design, building inspections, equipment inspection, process improvements, project planning, project schedule, waterfall model
Accuracy and attention to detail, architectural design, construction management, construction quality assurance, planning (tactical, strategic), process management, project management, retail store design, standard operating procedures
University or college degree with 3+ years of relevant direct industry experience; comparable combination of education, job‑specific certifications, and experience may be considered
Bachelor’s degree
No required certifications or licenses
Pay
Base salary: $55,000.00 — $119,600.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
