Role Overview: (Internship 1-2 months, ASAP)
Your responsibilities are – but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain all product samples, ensuring they are properly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable
Catalogue incoming and existing samples in internal systems
Manage sample inventory, tracking movement between teams and external partners
Archive colors, materials, and finishes, maintaining a well-structured and up to date library
Assist in developing and improving organizational systems for samples and material records for the design team
Support the design team during product development by preparing and organizing materials and references
Key Requirements
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, or similar data management tools
Familiarity with design studio processes, product development, or material libraries is a plus
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Visual sensibility and care for presentation and organization
