Field Tent Supervisor
for the Tent Operations team as a full-time job based in
Woburn, MA with required travel throughout New England .
As a
Field Construction Supervisor , you will oversee the installation and removal of tent projects while leading crews on active job sites. This role is responsible for supervising field operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, maintaining accurate project documentation, and supporting department goals through strong leadership and execution.

Field Tent Supervisor
reports directly to the Director of Tent Operations and works closely with team members across the Tent Department to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality jobsite performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all crew members on job sites during tent installations and removals
Ensure safe, accurate, and timely installation and removal of all company equipment
Review project paperwork, loads, and materials prior to jobsite departure
Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate jobsite updates to management
Inspect fabric, tools, vehicles, and equipment; document and report damage or issues
Create a positive, professional jobsite environment and hold crews accountable for proper equipment use
Job Qualifications:
Previous tent installation experience preferred but not required
Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Availability to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and behavior required
Ability to pass a drug test when operating company vehicles
Construction background preferred but not required
