About the Opportunity:
Design and develop cable harness assemblies and interconnect systems for complex electronic applications
Create and maintain detailed interconnect diagrams for hardware and support equipment
Evaluate design changes and ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance.
What You'll Do:
Develop and review cable harness designs using schematic capture tools such as Xpedition or Capital Harness
Produce and maintain detailed interconnect documentation for electronic and hardware systems
Perform basic circuit design tasks to support functionality and reliability
Oversee cable fabrication and testing processes to ensure high-quality output
Analyze the impact of engineering changes on existing systems and maintain design integrity.
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
8+ years of electrical engineering and test engineering experience

Master's Degree
Utilize knowledge of cable design, fabrication, and test processes to produce high-quality cable assemblies.
Proficiency in electrical schematic capture with a preference for familiarity with Capital Harness.
Strong Understanding of DC Power Distribution and its application in cable design.
Competence in basic circuit design and the ability to apply engineering principles effectively.
Experience in creating and reviewing engineering prints and technical documentation.
Knowledge of cable design, fabrication, and testing, with DITMCO testing experience
Exceptional documentation skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and thoroughness.
Ability to evaluate the impact of changes on electronic systems and propose appropriate solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office Applications.
