American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience for self-scheduled day shifts serving a diverse adult patient population.
Details
Work in a skilled home health setting providing care to adult patients
Patient caseload includes med/surg, cardiac, orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, respiratory, and trauma cases
Expected to conduct 6 to 8 skilled home care visits per day
Day shift position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Visits and hours are self-scheduled based on office needs
Use BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system with provided laptop, MiFi, and portable printer
Requirements
Current state OT license required if applicable
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of home health Occupational Therapy experience required; 2 years preferred
OASIS training preferred
Must be an independent practitioner
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for home visits
COVID vaccination or approved exemption required
Flu shot or signed declination with mandatory mask wearing required
Additional Information
Provide adult OT services including ADL training, cardiac rehab, edema massage, feeding techniques, spl
