We are hiring multiple Senior AI Engineers on behalf of a fast-growing AI infrastructure client in New York.
What You'll Do
Build and evolve the core context learning library that turns messy enterprise data into clear, executable instructions for AI agents
Design, ship, and scale production-grade LLM-powered agentic workflows from concept to production
Create agentic features for autonomous knowledge management and continuous learning
Develop reliability systems including confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop feedback, and escalation logic
Work directly with enterprise customers to prototype and ship production features
Architect scalable async systems for complex agent orchestration
What We're Looking For
3+ years building complex production LLM-based systems with real depth (not basic APIs or simple RAG)
Hands‑on experience with multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, context engineering, or feedback loops
Strong ownership — able to take ambiguous problems from idea to production
Excellent communicator who can explain deep technical work to both engineers and customers
Self‑starter excited by open-ended, foundational AI problems
