About the Role
- We’re seeking a Creative Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-paced in-house creative team. This role is less about enforcing rigid processes and more about enabling great work—keeping projects on track, priorities aligned, and teams focused on what matters most.
- You’ll sit at the center of creative operations, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Intake & Prioritization
- Manage incoming creative requests and ensure briefs are clear and actionable
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Prioritize work based on team capacity and deadlines
Project Tracking & Timeline Management
- Build and maintain project timelines across multiple initiatives
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Identify risks, delays, and capacity issues early
Cross-Functional Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between creative teams and stakeholders
- Provide consistent project updates and status reports
- Ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners
Traffic & Resource Management
- Recommend resource allocation to leadership
- Balance workloads across internal teams and external vendors
- Proactively identify bandwidth constraints
Systems & Workflow Management
- Own and manage project tracking systems within Suite
- Maintain and enhance existing workflows (not replace them)
- Utilize formulas, linked sheets, and light automation
- Improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity \
Event & High-Priority Project Support
- Support planning and execution of events and key initiatives
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for high-impact projects
- Stay organized and adaptable in fast-moving situations

- Scalable, streamlined workflows—even during peak periods
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in project management, traffic, or production (agency, creative, or in-house preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure
- Experience working in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Advanced proficiency in Suite (including formulas, data linking, and automation)
- Experience managing custom workflows or non-standard systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting events, campaigns, or production-heavy teams
- Familiarity working with designers, editors, and creative vendors
- Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, etc.

- This is a high-volume, fast-moving creative environment where priorities may shift—especially around major campaigns and events. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure without rigidity and thrive in an evolving landscape.
Additional Information
- This role requires ownership and optimization of an existing-based project management system
- This is not an executive assistant role; the focus is on creative project and workflow management
