American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient/rehabilitation contract in Atascadero, CA with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Details
Outpatient/rehabilitation clinic setting located on the Central Coast of California
Day shift schedule; 4x9-hour shifts and 1x4-hour shift per week preferred 13-week contract
Requirements
Active CA PT license required; CA license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
Degree in Physical Therapy required
Proficiency in EMR documentation required
Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and PT billing procedures required
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients with transfers, mobility, and ambulation safety
Must be able to remain physically active, including sitting, walking, and prolonged standing throughout 8-10 hour shifts
Additional Information
This practice was awarded Private Practice of the Year by the APTA
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, completing EMR documentation, supervising PT Assistants and Aides, and coordinating with physicians and front office staff
Candidates are expected to participate in business marketing and referral processes as needed
