Details Outpatient/rehabilitation private practice setting Day shift schedule 13-week contract Requirements Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable) Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience Degree in Physical Therapy required Proficiency in EMR for evaluations, reports, and documentation Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and familiarity with PT billing procedures Must be able to lift 50 lbs, assist with patient transfers, and remain physically mobile (sitting, walking, standing) for 8-10 hour shifts Strong computer skills including typing, Microsoft Word, and internet navigation Additional Information This practice was awarded Private Practice of the Year by the APTA Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized rehabilitation programs, and overseeing all aspects of patient care Supervises PT Assistants and Aides in all aspects of patient care Collaborates with physicians, front office staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and smooth scheduling Responsible for accurate chart documentation including prescriptions, test results, and authorizations Expected to participate in business marketing and referral processes as needed Continuing education is preferred American Traveler Job ID P- .
