Prism Resources connects corporate talent with South Florida's top corporations. Our client is an established company in the media industry with an international focus. They have an immediate hiring need for Manager, Ad Operations & Programmatic. This is a new role designed to serve as the operational link between US and international teams as well as partner with upper management in the hands‑on delivery and execution of advertising across direct and programmatic campaigns. This person must know SpringServe and speak Spanish fluently.

What you'll be doing
Manage digital ad operations across direct and programmatic campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, trafficking, pacing, delivery, QA, and platform compliance across U.S. and LATAM markets.
Own SpringServe platform configuration and SSAI integration, including regional tag routing, pod logic, deal ID setup, U.S./LATAM traffic differentiation, and technical integrations with partner platforms such as Amagi and OTTera.
Manage the full campaign lifecycle: creative QA, optimization, inventory performance monitoring, VAST tag delivery, and troubleshooting of delivery or discrepancy issues.
Coordinate client onboarding between international and U.S. teams, verifying billing and invoicing accuracy and confirming financial clearance prior to campaign launch.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for revenue visibility, fill rate tracking, cost‑efficiency, and demand partner transparency; prepare analytics shared with the Sales team.
Consolidate commercial data, aligning performance metrics, forecasts, and inventory analytics to support operational visibility and leadership decision‑making.
Oversee budget pacing, billing accuracy, and audit alignment across active campaigns.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, Content, Legal, and Tech to align campaign execution with platform rollouts, regional splits, and launch timing.
Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements across the ad operations workflow.
Executing ad operations as a technically driven function with strong attention to accuracy, speed, and data integrity.

What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in Media, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years in Digital Ad Operations with hands‑on experience across both direct and programmatic environments.
Minimum 3 years of technical management experience with SpringServe, including SSAI integration, VAST tag setup, and regional traffic routing (U.S./LATAM).
Strong working knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, pod‑level ad logic, and SSAI based ad delivery platforms (e.g., Amagi, OTTera).
Skilled in campaign QA, billing alignment, client onboarding processes, and trafficking execution.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and dashboard building skills; ability to monitor fill rates, revenue trends, and inventory performance.
Exposure to or experience with commercial ad operations strategy, including platform partner negotiations or demand partnership management.
Proven success supporting monetization visibility during ad tech integrations or partner migrations.
