Primary Function:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provides dispatching, data entry, and administrative duties such as preparing documents, managing databases, handling correspondence, organizing files. Computerized earthwork takeoffs.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of general office procedures and policies
- Computer skills and knowledge of basic software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Maintain filing system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assist with other administrative duties
- Field Log and Timecard Data Entry
- Weighing inbound and outbound trucks using computerized system
- Manage traffic, ensure safety compliance, and provide customer service
- Earthwork takeoff utilizing computer software
