Dispatcher/Earthwork Takeoff

Primary Function:
Provides dispatching, data entry, and administrative duties such as preparing documents, managing databases, handling correspondence, organizing files. Computerized earthwork takeoffs.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Knowledge of general office procedures and policies
Computer skills and knowledge of basic software applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Maintain filing system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Assist with other administrative duties
Field Log and Timecard Data Entry
Weighing inbound and outbound trucks using computerized system
Manage traffic, ensure safety compliance, and provide customer service
Earthwork takeoff utilizing computer software
