Responsibilities:

Provide anesthesia care for cardiac and vascular procedures, perform pre-op and post-op management, collaborate with cardiac surgery team, and support development of anesthesia protocols
Required Procedures:

Cardiac anesthesia for CABG, valve replacements, complex cardiac surgeries, ECHO-related procedures

Cardiac surgeons, anesthesia team, nursing support
Days Per Month:

Full-time schedule
On-Call/Weekends:

1:5 call rotation, first call every eighth night, no second call
Submission Requirements:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
ECHO Board Certified and/or Cardiac Fellowship Trained
New York License or willingness to obtain
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required by start
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
H-1B candidates accepted (No J-1 waivers)
Candidate must not be within 30 miles of facility for name clear
Strong cardiac anesthesia experience preferred
