Jr. Facility Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
Work closely with our experienced maintenance technician to learn and assist with a variety of maintenance tasks
Help install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment under supervision.
Assist with and support the upkeep and troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems as well as repair and maintain general building requirements
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards
Support response to requestedmaintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
Skills and Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma, technical training or coursework ononHVACstructures,plumbing,andelectricalsystems preferred
SkillsRequired : Good manual dexterity,finemotorcontrol,and basic understandingofelectricalandmechanicalfundamentalsareessential.
