This onsite, full-time contract role involves working 37.5 hours weekly, serving a diverse PreK-12 caseload while helping students achieve communication milestones vital to their academic and social success. The assignment welcomes both local professionals and those open to travel placements. Essential Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)Active California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)School-based SLP experience strongly desiredAbility to manage a varied caseload of PreK-12 students with diverse speech, language, and communication needsStrong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills Key Responsibilities:Perform speech and language assessments in accordance with state and federal regulationsDevelop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students across grade levelsCollaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growthMaintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reportsEngage in professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language services This position offers a supportive school environment where your expertise will have a direct and meaningful impact on student lives.
