Desired Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent SLP license in Massachusetts or eligibility for state licensureCertification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, CFYs consideredPrevious experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plusStrong teamwork, organization, and communication skillsAbility to adapt to diverse student needs and work in a dynamic environment Key Responsibilities:Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and direct therapy to studentsDevelop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teamsConsult with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ academic and social successMonitor, track, and document student progress toward IEP goalsContribute to team meetings and professional development as neededMaintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education This contract position provides an opportunity to work within an experienced support network and contribute to positive outcomes for students.
