Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will deliver specialized services onsite at a dynamic charter school, making a difference every day throughout the academic year. Qualifications & Desired Experience:Master’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent and valid SLP license (required)Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across K-12 populationsKnowledge of assessment, diagnostic, and therapy practices tailored to educational settingsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities & Duties:Evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized toolsCreate and implement individualized treatment plans to address diverse speech and language needsProvide direct therapy and intervention to students in both group and one-on-one settingsParticipate actively in IEP meetings and contribute comprehensive reports and recommendationsPartner with educators and families to develop supportive classroom strategies and materialsMonitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary for student successMaintain meticulous documentation and adhere to all school and district policies Why Consider This Opportunity?Full-time, consistent schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PMOpportunity to work onsite with diverse K-12 students and collaborate with a passionate school staffContract runs from August to May, aligning with the academic calendar, with potential for early start on staff days Shape young lives and advance your clinical skills in a supportive educational environment.
