Overview Mechanical Engineer - HVAC and MEP Design
Successful, growing engineering firm looking to add a Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer to the team. This position includes both design and project management. We work on various building types with a wide range of mechanical and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities Perform job site visits – pre-design field work, pre-construction, during construction and final inspection.
Perform mechanical calculations, provide code research and design HVAC and plumbing systems.
Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Work and collaborate with the entire design team of architects and engineers.
Qualifications Must have 5+ years in mechanical HVAC design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office suite
EIT/PE preferred, but not required
