Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated and talented Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in an educational setting near Navasota, TX. This contract position offers the chance to work with a diverse student population and make a meaningful impact throughout the academic year. The assignment runs from August 2026 to May 2027, providing vital services to help students reach their communication and learning goals. Qualifications sought:Active and current SLP Texas licensureMaster’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibilityExperience in school and/or pediatric settings preferredStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Key responsibilities:Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and assessments for K-12 studentsDevelop and implement individualized intervention plans and therapy sessionsCollaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student successMaintain clear and timely documentation to meet school and compliance requirementsParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress discussions What to expect:A consistent weekday schedule, working 35 hours across five daysThe chance to provide direct therapy, consultation, and prevention services within a supportive school environmentOpportunities for professional development and growth as you engage with students, staff, and caregivers This role includes highly competitive compensation, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus matching 401k and flexible spending accounts.
