Qualifications & Experience Sought:Active Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the WA State Department of HealthCertification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)Washington State SLP ESA certificateClear results from WSP and FBI background checks, including sexual misconduct clearance and fingerprintingValid WA State Driver’s License or evidence of reliable mobilityStrongly preferred: prior experience working with school-aged populations in educational settings Key Responsibilities:Manage a K-12 caseload, delivering assessment, intervention, and support for students with communication disordersDevelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teamsFacilitate student progress toward educational goals through evidence-based practices and data-driven decisionsMaintain accurate, timely documentation as required by the state and school district policiesEngage actively with teachers, families, and other support staff to promote positive outcomes for students Work Schedule:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, aligning with school hoursOn-site, supporting students during in-person learning days If you possess a passion for helping students unlock their full potential and meet the qualifications above, this position offers you the opportunity to excel in a collaborative and vibrant school community.
