Responsibilities
Design high-performance cutting tools using advanced drawing tools.
Partner with customers to tailor solutions to their unique processes.
Oversee projects from initial concept through implementation.
Provide expert technical support and drive continuous improvement.
Play a key role in delivering value and generating revenue.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hand‑on machining. Experience using round cutting tools is a bonus.
Understanding of G‑code or other programming experience.
Strong solution‑oriented mindset.
Strong computer skills.
Proven track record of delivering technical solutions that drive results.
