Registered Dental Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Surgical Dental Assistant - RDA who wants to be treated with respect and as a partner in patient care. This is a hands-on surgical role ideal for someone who: -Enjoys being actively involved in procedures -Takes ownership of their role, You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, efficient procedures and a seamless patient experience. Key Responsibilities -Assist chairside during periodontal and dental implant surgeries -Prepare and maintain surgical setups with precision and efficiency -Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols -Prepare patients and provide clear post-operative instructions -Take radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation -Support inventory management and organization of surgical supplies Qualifications Required: -Dental assisting experience - RDA -Strong attention to detail and organization Preferred: -Experience in periodontal, oral surgery, or implant dentistry -Familiarity with surgical instrumentation, grafting, and implant workflows -A calm, focused demeanor during procedures -Nitrous certification a bonus - willing to train Compensation & Benefits including: Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, 401k with Match, Health Insurance, Continuing Education, No Weekends What Sets This Role Apart, This is not a routine assisting position.
