Dates: May 11 Schedule: 730a-530p Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour Clinical Scope Implants, surgical exts, comp exam Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment. Support Staff 4 DA, 1 RDH Requirements Active Alabama dental license Active DEA with all schedules CSR if required by the state Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred Employment Type: Full Time
