Dates: April 30, May 18-19 Schedule: 9a-6p Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour Clinical Scope Surgical extractions, implants Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment. Support Staff 3 DA, 1 RDH Requirements Active Wisconsin dental license Active DEA with all schedules CSR if required by the state Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred Employment Type: Full Time
