Candidates must hold or be eligible for a NC Art (K-12) Teaching License.
This is a regular 10‑month contract with full benefits effective the 2025‑26 school year.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: NC Teacher Salary Scale plus local Board approved supplement. (See chart below)
0–4 years: $700 monthly ($7,000 annually); $900 monthly ($9,000 annually)
5–9 years: $750 monthly ($7,500 annually); $950 monthly ($9,500 annually)
10–14 years: $850 monthly ($8,500 annually); $1,050 monthly ($10,500 annually)
15–19 years: $900 monthly ($9,000 annually); $1,100 monthly ($11,000 annually)
20–24 years: $950 monthly ($9,500 annually); $1,150 monthly ($11,500 annually)
25+ years: $1,000 monthly ($10,000 annually); $1,200 monthly ($12,000 annually)
