Years of Experience 0-4: Monthly $700; Annual $7,000; Monthly $900; Annual $9,000

Years of Experience 5-9: Monthly $750; Annual $7,500; Monthly $950; Annual $9,500

Years of Experience 10-14: Monthly $850; Annual $8,500; Monthly $1,050; Annual $10,500

Years of Experience 15-19: Monthly $900; Annual $9,000; Monthly $1,100; Annual $11,000

Years of Experience 20-24: Monthly $950; Annual $9,500; Monthly $1,150; Annual $11,500

25+ years: Monthly $1,000; Annual $10,000; Monthly $1,200; Annual $12,000
