Position Overview
Broadway High School seeks to employ dedicated eligible U.S. Army Junior ROTC Instructors (1-Senior Army Instructor (SAI) must be OFF/WO; 1-Army Instructor (AI) must be WO/NCO)
Key Responsibilities
Academic Instruction:
Lead classroom lessons on leadership, citizenship, and life skills.
Practical Training:
Facilitate Drill, Physical Training, and Marksmanship (Air Rifle/Archery).
Specialized Programs:
Oversee Robotics, Cyber training, and community service projects.
Events:
Lead students in national-level events and summer camps.

Officers (CPT/O-3 to COL/O-6), Warrant Officers (WO1 to CW5), Noncommissioned Officers (SSG/E-6 to CSM-E9)
Certification:
Must hold a valid JROTC Instructor Certification and be eligible for a Virginia Teaching License with a JROTC endorsement.
Background:
Must successfully complete FBI, State Police, and Child Protective Services investigations.

Minimum Instructor Pay (MIP):
