Tasks and responsibilities:
Minimizing the number of errors
Reducing lead times
Communicating effectively and coordinating within and outside the department
Contributing to the execution of personnel policies
Reporting to the Supervisor
Taking over various tasks during the Supervisor’s leave or absence
Providing a proactive contribution to the continuous improvement methodology
Profile:
Secondary vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking
Strong knowledge of logistics organization
Knowledge and experience in supervising warehouse employees
Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably PKMS)
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience working with logistics processes
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Execution of quality procedures according to ISO 9001
Flexible, stress-resistant, and willing to work overtime during (and, if necessary, outside) peak seasons
Willingness to work in different shifts
Improvement-oriented, a team player, customer-focused with the ability to understand and satisfy customer needs, and a strong sense of business ethics
