Position Summary
The Art Department invites applicants for part‑time instructors to teach face‑to‑face or online Art and Design courses.
Duties / Responsibilities
Teaching part‑time studio or survey courses.
Art and Design studio classes that are 3 credits meet 6 hours a week if face‑to‑face.
Online courses are also 3 credits and are asynchronous.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Master's degree in art, or relative experience.
Bachelor's degree in art or art education.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
Master of Fine Arts (MFA).
Pre-Employment Screening
A background check will be required for employment in this position.
Authorization to Work in the United States
USI will not sponsor an employment‑related visa for this position.
