Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. In this role, you’ll serve elementary students in a setting where speech and language growth is truly celebrated. You’ll work alongside dedicated school teams, engaging young learners and helping unlock their communication potential. Desired qualifications:Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Michigan required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required Experience in school-based settings with K–4th grade students preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) are not eligible

Key responsibilities:Provide direct speech, language, and communication therapy to K–4th grade students Conduct evaluations, document progress, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and professional development Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
